Come on, please. I know that you have certain people who generally do dosing advice, but I don't see them on line. She needs someone who knows something about Lantus; I sure don't. She got an evening number in the 200s.

sorry i don't know anything about dosing...and 10u for Lantus is way too much i think...
can your friend open up a condo and an SS....the experts would like to review that before they can suggest anything....

giving dosing advise is hard when questions have not been answered....it's a two way situation here....sorry to be blant but if you want help you need to help the experts help you...

She's not a friend. She is a newbie on health. She doesn't have a spreadsheet yet. She has no numbers to put in it except a few am/pm ps numbers in the 200s. But she does need advice.

who prescribed the 10u dose?
how long has her cat been on that dose?
she needs to open up a condo if she wants the advise....i know it puts you in an ackward situation but it is unlikely she will get help if she doesn't answer the questions directly...pass that info to her...and for what it's worth...i would not give such high dose of lantus...my opinion...

if you look at that thread...Gayle gave good info and continued to ask questions but seems she is not willing to put the time and effort it takes to regulate her cat....she has not answered the latter questions asked either....has she even read what Gayle had to say? can you ask her?
