Newbie Insulin user on main board

Newbie lantus user on the main board-Rocky's mom.She is in South Africa and needs someone familiar with the European dosage system. Sounds like she got no guidance from her vet at all on how to use insulin.
 
I just sent a PM to Jack & Jane, hoping she could help with some of her questions.
