That's okay it happens. Just test her again in a little bit and see if she is going up or down numbers wise. That actually was a really good number for so early in the morning. She may continue to rise since she was fed, or she may drop. Dropping is a good thing after eating because it means that her pancreas might be trying to work again. Testing is the only way to know for sure. Also what she just ate won't be in her blood stream for about an hour, so if she is going to spike on food you still have a window in which to test again.
If it helps the normal range for a non-diabetic kitty is between 40-120, so that 180 this morning is fairly close to normal. My Max is diet controlled and he usually runs in the mid 50s to mid 60s.
