My 8 yr old Roscoe kitty was diagnosed with diabetes in May. Injection time is out of control. We recently purchased an auto injector and this is freaking amazing!!! But.... I noticed the needle that is protruding from it after his injection is only about 1/2 the length of the needle if you did it manually. His fur isnt wet and it doesnt smell like it doesnt get in but I want to make sure it is getting into his system. Does anyone else use an auto injector? Any feedback would be so helpful becuz like many of you he is my anything and everything. Thank you!

Hi and welcome to FDMB. We can help with all kinds of information regarding diabetic treatment and the best place to ask your question about the auto injector would be the Main Health forum HERE

There is information in the different forums about diet, testing, each specific insulin and a world wide caring helpful support base.

Thank you for welcoming me to this informative site! In reading as many "chats" as I can handle, I see that this is definitely a site based around a lot of information, but mainly a lot of LOVE!
