If I skip and evening shot can a readjust times for her shot? I normally give her a shot at 10 and 10,so If i skipped the 10pm shot could i readjust for a 7 am shot and keep going 7 and 7? thx

Yes you can do that. Not sure which insulin you are using but with the long acting insulins, (Lantus, Levemir) as long as you keep the shots a minimum of 12 hours apart (give or take no more than a half hour once per day) you're good to go.
