Hello all. I have not been on here for awhile. Like everyone, a very busy life. Couple of things I would like to share..My Callie is still on the insulin. I have a tester and have not learned how to test. I know, my bad!! She seems to be doing well. My Goobie, the one who literally slept on my head, has been missing for over a month. I am afraid a coyote got him. He would come home if he was able. Now my Sassy has had a major surgery (rectal prolapse). She had two previous prolapses and the vet stuck it back in and stitched her up. This time, not so lucky. Anyway, he has told me she needs a special diet because he thinks she has food allergies. He gave me dry Hills Feline Allergen z/d and wet can of w/d. I asked if my diabetic cat could eat these and he wasn't sure!! I have emailed the company and am going to call as well. Can you imagine trying to keep special diet cats in line? My other two babies are so confused and are just eating whatever I put in front of them. If anyone can help me out with what kind of food I should be feeding my surgical kitty, I would be most grateful. Please, no hate mail about the dry food. I know I shouldn't be feeding it to any of my babies. And in my defense, my diabetic baby gets BLUE. My pocketbook can't stand another sick cat though so please help cat_pet_icon
