This is Frank, he’s 6 and was just diagnosed about a month ago. He started on 1 unit of Lantus every 12 hours and was just upped to 2 units twice daily. BG numbers are on the high side (300’s dropping into the 200’s mid day) relatively stable throughout the day. Seems to be regaining his energy level and is not eating as ravenously as he was pre-diagnosis.
