Hi! I'm Janey and new to the group. My cat Pretzel was diagnosed with diabetes three weeks ago. It's been a stressful time for both of us. Any suggestions on how to get our relationship back?

Hi Janey, welcome to you and Pretzel!(cute name!). It is stressful at first, but it will get better! To help you, we'll need a little more info. What are you feeding? Are you home testing? What insulin are you using? Any other health problems? It takes a bit of time to get your kitty stabilized, but if you'll hang around here and ask questions, and read the stickies and others threads, you will get the hang of it in no time and get your relationship with Pretzel back on track!
