New Member - Posting problem

Hi All,
I'm trying to start a thread on the FDMB and the following error message keeps popping up. Is my post too long? There are no naughty words or spammish language.

Wow thats a first. huh...Have you looked in our Tech Support forum ? You can ask this same question there. I just dont know how quickly you will get a response. Leave this thread up here then post the same Q there. That way you have two sources.

Thanks. I will do that. Took me a year to get around to posting, so it'snot surprising that, with my luck, there are problems!

Tap on where I just put his name it should bring you to where you can start a conversation with him maybe you needed to put a space between his name and Echo's name

I had to try a few times -- insert spaces between words, take the "@" out, etc. Sorry for taking up MB space with this. Thanks for your help!

Did you tap on where I put his name above in blue

I had already figured out how to send the message by tinkering with the address format, but clicking on the name/link also worked. Thanks so much! I will sit tight and wait for a solution.

The simple answer is yes....if the initial post is too long, a lot of times you'll get that message. The "fix" is to post something short first...then it'll let you post the phonebook if you want to …..LOL

I still couldn't post it after getting two short ones up. It wasn't the phone book, but after I took the food paragraph out, it was accepted.
