New Member on Lantus Has bg numbers. Needs dose advice

It looks like the vet started with 1unit of Lantus and increased rapidly. He is getting high numbers. He is home testing.

Hi all,

Looks like the vet actually started Imo on 2u, then increased to 3u after a week. Gary could use some eyes as he's pretty overwhelmed and hasn't been really treated well by the vet thus far.

He tried a curve today. Started with 498 I think, and has gotten 3 readings in a row of "HI" on a relion micro. Possible fur-shot. Having problems getting Imo to eat canned food. Shot time is 12am and 12pm Mountain Time, and has been feeding at 9:30 am and pm.
