Hello everyone!
I haven't posted in forever....life & multiple sick cats! Thumper's diabetes is the least of her worries these days! I have a newly DX 4 yr old with asthma & joined the Feline Asthma group on Yahoo. I remember reading about that board from someone in this group I believe? One of the members over there has a newly DX diabetic with asthma & some other health problems. He is on Flovent for his asthma but also needs pred to keep his coughing under control. She is having a hard time figuring out this board (I personally think it's much more user friendly than those Yahoo groups!). She posted a few times on Health but I think got discouraged since she couldn't really figure out what's going on & she's desperately trying to help her Freddie who is having a hard time. I didn't send her over here since I figured it might be even more confusing for her so I told her to post on the Health board. I'm looking for whoever it is over here that has a cat with asthma & is a member of the Feline Asthma group. I'm wondering if you can look for her post on Health & try to help her out some? I'm pretty rusty in helping anyone get started, especially with a SS & to be honest I just don't have the time right now to post. I really have a kitty nursing home going on at this point & it's tax season so I'm working overtime also. I can barely keep my head above water. Her name is Yvonne & Freddie & I just posted a reply to her over there. Can someone alert whoever it is with an asthmatic cat? Thanks so much!
