New member on health needs help

New member on health needs some help. Her vet had her giving caninsulin and Lantus simultaneously (Lantus once a day) and built up the Lantus dose to 9 units in TWO WEEKS time. She's out of the caninsulin and wants to stay on the Lantus. Needs some direction.

Some, not all, vets are really jeopardizing our kitties. Too inexperienced to help but wanted to bump this thread back to the top
