Hello all. I am here because our 14-year old, Max, was diagnosed as diabetic. He lost a lot of weight, was lethargic and drinking constantly. We have been at the insulin injections for 2 weeks, and his numbers actually went up slightly at his first checkup. (glucose from 640 to 680)
We are upping the dose a bit and going cold turkey on the dry food, fingers crossed.
