Hello Everyone!
I just joined this message board after deciding to start treating my cat for her insulin after some very generous help. Smudge is about 8 years old and is an all white beauty. She is very timid and hisses at those she doesn't know, but is very sweet to people she sees frequently. I am thankful for all of the help offered on this website.

i have an Adoptocat named Smudge...but she's a tortie and not as nice as your cat sounds.

You have definitely found the right place. I am a newbie as well. I just started shooting insulin today and I'm not sure I would have made it through the last week without the people here. They are all fantastic, very welcoming, supportive, and helpful. From one newbie to another, it's ok to freak out, I did and still am. We will all get through it together.
