I'm sorry if I'm not following the correct format or procedure. I'm a bit overwhelmed by the forum.
Cha Cha is estimated to be possibly 14 or older. Diagnosed with diabetes about 2 years ago and has been on insulin ever since. New problem slowly developed and we became aware about 4 months ago. Diagnosis is brain tumor ("lesion"). There's a steroid injection that helps her still be her but only if given daily. Been receiving it for about 3 weeks and it's causing chaos with the diabetes. The lowest I've gotten the BG is in the 300s but I just discovered through this forum how drastically I need to change her diet. Working on it but I'm desperately worried right now. She has the weak hind end problem but suddenly today seems more like paralysis from the neck down. I'm going to call the vet first thing in the morning but can I do anything now? She must need to pee.
Sorry, I'm falling apart.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I am very sorry your kitty is so unwell. Can you tell me what the lesion is your kitty has in the brain? What is the steroid injection your kitty is having daily. Is it dexamethasone?

Is the weakness in the legs new or has it been there for a while.?
I am unable to give you any useful advice really and I’m glad you are going to the vet in the morning. please let us know how you go at the vet. We will be thinking if you both and hoping you get good news :bighug:
