I have a cat that was outside stray I took in. He was dx with pancreatitis and diabetes. Do you know of the best cat food that would aid in both diseases? Thank you for your help.

I'm not sure how to do the spreadsheet part...anyway you can help with that?

So you aren't giving any insulin yet or home testing?
What was his BG when the vet tested him for diabetes
How was he diagnosed with pancreatitis, Why aren't you sure about the pancreatitis diagnosis
That was in 2021?

Caregiver: Cheryl (myself) Kitty's name: Kitty DX: Diabetes - July 1st, 2022 (estimated). Unsure of pancreatitis diagnosis. Sometime in 2021. Diet: dry food Dosing: N/A / none right now

Hi Cheryl Ann and Kitty and welcome to the forum.
I would get rid of the dry food first of all. It is high carb and not good for any cats and especially not for diabetic cats. The food I am going to suggest is good for both diabetic cats and for pancreatitis.
The best cat food you could give a kitty is canned food which is low carbohydrates. An example of these are the fancy feast pates which are low carb. HERE is a link to low carb foodhttps://catinfo.org/docs/CatFoodProteinFatCarbPhosphorusChart.pdf
Look for foods that are 10% carbs or less.
Giving this low carb food will help but really if you want to treat the diabetes you will need to give him insulin shots twice a day. It sounds scary but both you and Kitty will get used to it very quickly. Unless you give insulin your kitty will not improve and will only get worse.
Has the vet talked to you about giving insulin?
