New, interested in food issues

My 13 year old boy has blood sugar at 480. I've been feeding Fancy Feast Classic for at least 7 years. Any suggestions on what else I can try?

Welcome. The FF classics are low-carb.
To help you we need more information like the following:
- What insulin and current dose.
- How long at the current dose.
- Blood sugar (BG) values before shot and then at about 2 hour intervals until next shot
- Does your cat (name?) have any other health problems?
