I just see main ingredients listed and would want to know the rest. Since minimums and maximums used I'd call for DMB and a complete ingredient list.
 
It looks interesting, if a little pricey. Using what was listed on the site, the carb calculations for the chicken pate (didn't check the others) come to a about 2.3%, but that's using the GA. If you contact them I'm sure they can give you the exact amount.
