I don't know the carb content but I see the ingredients on Purina's
Fancy Feastweb site list corn starch, which isn't in the other pates. It is fairly far down the ingredient list, so it's hard to say how much it would add to the carbs. For comparison, the Chicken & Cheddar Cheese Feast Classic ingredients are:
