(((((Brian & Wife))))) The news of your Piggy's passing brought tears to my eyes. I am so sorry. My goodness what a wonderful life you and your wife gave Piggy. It is apparent how much Piggy was loved and that you were doing everything you could. Cherish the memories and hold Jose close to your heart.
 
I am so very sorry for your loss. I know exactly how you are feeling since I lost my Jack a year ago. You have my deepest sympathies. I can only hope and pray that little Piggy is at peace now and that you will be too soon.

I just read your very sad story. How brave Piggy was--and how courageous YOU were to stand up to your vet and go elsewhere for the information you needed. Vets do mean well, but sometimes they just don't know enough. Sending you and Jose comforting hugs. :YMHUG: Piggy was very lucky to have you for her fur daddy, and I know she loved you very much and appreciated all you did for her. Blessings to you and good health to Jose! It's fortunate that you've learned some things here that can help Jose to have a longer and healthier (hopefully sugar-free) life. Take care.
