New bottle of PZI- adjust dose?

Do I need to worry about a new bottle being stronger than one that's be open? We have a few days left on current vial, but want to know what to do when the time is right.

FWIW I’ve been using the same bottle of Prozinc for 3 months with no noticeable reduction in effect.. But when I do switch I plan to make sure it’s on a day I can monitor

I agree with waiting until a day you can monitor.

It might be too late for this, but it’s a good idea to leave a little in the vial and keep it in the fridge so if you ever drop the new vial or something goes wrong with it you have a little backup until you can get to the vet.

Some people will reduce a bit for the first dose or 2 from a new bottle...I never did and I think most people here who have done it quickly went back up to the old dose. I think if you can monitor, you'd want to stick with the same dose. Working too hard to try to get Keaton regulated to mess with the dose!
