neuropathy, help!

Can Neuropathy manifest more in one leg? She has a big weakness in her right back paw, suddenly, today, she falls back many times, she tries to stand up and keeps falling. I took her to emergency who suspected thrombosis first, but she had a pulse in her legs so they said neuropathy or arthritis. I already give her methylcobalamin (1000 mcg) and folic acid (200mcg) per day, for about a week or two. I ordered Zobaline from US today (I am in Canada).
What can I do until I receive Zobaline? Now I see she can walk for about 1 minute or 2.
We will go to her regular vet this week to do xray to check out if it it arthritis.
 
Oh, I wonder. She is an inside cat and I was home, working upstairs, I didn't hear anything to indicate she injured herself. Today she is walking, but like in the videos with cats with neuropathy, with both legs.

I am also confused about the prescription from the doctor she saw at the emergency. They said 500 mcg B12 and 400 mcg Folic acid, is different quantity I read here. What is the correct dosage?

I also wonder if this business is legit, I ordered from here Zopaline, but I didn't receive the email with the order confirmation and they don't respond to my email, it's the only place I found that send to Canada: LifeLink – Nutraceuticals and nootropics for anti-aging

Zobaline is just methylcobalamin with folic acid. If you're already giving those, I don't think the Zobaline specific brand will be any better. It may take a few months to see results.

Neuroapthy can affect any of the legs. The back legs are common My diabetic has it in both front legs.

What quantity do you give to your cats? The doctor at emergency told me 500 mcg B12 and 400 mcg Folic acid, is different quantity than what I read in my researches.
I ordered Zobaline from here, they ship to Canada, but I had no confirmation since I made the order yesterday, I hope I didn't get scammed : LifeLink – Nutraceuticals and nootropics for anti-aging
