Checked there already, seems that 29g is the smallest you can get a U-40 syringe with on every site I've looked at.Worth looking at www.adwdiabetes.com perhaps.
As Kris says, give ADW Diabetes a try, they have all sorts of syringes. I use 30 or 31 gauge (U100's) and they're fine, yes, but not too small. What needle gauge do you use? I've been using 29G for Orion with U40 insulin. We are switching to U100 and I'm having a hard time finding the same size with 1/2u markings. I can find 30 and 31 and am wondering if that would be too small and make the needle more fragile.
I could only find them in 29 gauge, as well. Maybe your vet can find them in another gauge, but I'm not sure anyone even makes them in anything besides 29g.Checked there already, seems that 29g is the smallest you can get a U-40 syringe with on every site I've looked at.![]()
Monojects are almost impossible to find in eastern Canada. They have a much softer feel than BD's, like those fat writing pens as opposed to a Bic. I find them in obscure pharmacies under an inch of dust. I hoard them, currently have 4 boxes of 100 in the house. I know you can find them on Amazon but I once got a counterfeit AC adapter on Amazon that almost burnt the house down. "Hey, where are those fire trucks going? Oh, it's my house."
