Needing prayers and FDMB safety vines

I posted on community but know not everyone will see that post.

Just got a note from Cindy and Taco in North Carolina, right in the path of Dorian. They are now getting tornado warning and evacuation orders and expect Dorian to be there around 2pm. She can't evacuate because of her disabled son so they are boarded up and have prepped as best they can. She is terrified and needs our prayers. We all know the power of FDMB so please keep them and everyone in Dorian's path in your thoughts and prayers.

Well, I don't know why I got the impression that it would be 2PM Thursday, We have been getting the brunt of it since around 3AM. Doors have just flown off garage. I can take that:blackeye: We are in a flooding zone, so I guess that won't come till later, hopefully not at all. Out of 14 homes on our street during Florence, our home was the only one untouched , all others inhabitable up until recently. The only difference is that we were not living there at the time:bighug: I came to see our "new" home 1 week after Florence "knowing" that it was totalled, with Samaritans purse waiting on us, as we had not shown up because of fear and we didnt have 1 drop of water in our home or 1 shingle off, it was as if our home was picked up while the storm raged and sat back down when it was over. This renewed my belief in miracles.:joyful: I hope the same for Dorian and leaves me with a feeling of survivors guilt seeing all the people that went through so much and are still feeling it as Dorian comes through destroying homes that are still being built from Florence. I can't believe we still have power and I'll take it. I'm going to go lay back down and hopefully this devil will be out of here, or at least daylight. This is a copy & paste from what I just wrote @MrWorfMen's Mom ; I went back to couch:cool: when I wrote that this morning and got up at 4PM this afternoon like nothing ever happened, slept thru hubs taking down all the wood off the windows. What a GLORIOUS day, bright sunshine, and of course the humidity that lives here:D
