Needed Humulin R dosing experience on PZI

Health forum has a 911 post. Kathryn, on PZI forum right now, is asking for advice to increase Humulin R insulin dose. I have no experience with that insulin. Anyone who could help? Sophie
 
Sorry, it's from equine99 with Snowflake Her thread on PZI starts with "Le sigh. going from 160 to 600 in one hour" - doing this from memory after having been up all night with Kathryn (bean with nick of equine99) I could not get the link to work properly. I did put in a 911 post on the Main Health forum. She has not posted since 12:23 am. Snowflake was dying - moderate ketones- Kathryn has no $ for hospitalization, so under vet's direction was giving Snowflake hydration, R insulin, and syringe feeding her. I probably need some sleep before any of my posts make sense.

Her several hours of no posting worry me tremendously. Sophie
