julie & punkin said:forgive me if i'm asking when you've already answered 300 times, but is there a reason you're not always getting mid-cycle tests? some cycles you've got a lot of them, but yesterday it looks like none. it looks like he's definitely bouncy, and hitting greens regularly on this dose, so there might be a need for a dose change. even 1 test somewhere in the midst of a cycle can really tell the story of what's happening. not trying to nag you, i just don't want to give you poor advice because something's going on that i can't see - you know what i mean? if he's lower, then shooting early might be a bad idea.
I will be back with him for the rest of the day on Monday so I will be able to watch and test him.His normal dose times are at 10:30. I should be back by 11:30 at the latest. Maybe I should give 1 hour later instead?Sienne and Gabby said:Jill --
I'm not quite sure I understood Julie's post. In any event, what I would do, is move Moron's dose 30 min. early on Sat. for the AM shot. I'd to the same on Sun. Monday morning you will have given the schedule a little breathing room. If you want, you can repeat the process or, since there's less of an issue with shooting late, you could move the shot by an hour later on Mon. night.
Usually, 30 min. doesn't have an effect on the numbers although this can vary from cat to cat. An early shot can act like a dose increase whereas a late shot can act like a dose decrease. Since you'll be moving your shot times around, don't be surprised if Moron's numbers are a little weird and take some time to settle back down.
