Need syringe help asap

Hi, I am told we need to decrease Bam's insulin by .25 tomorrow AM. I have syringes that are whole units or 1/2 units. What do I do? Can I even get syringes with 1/4 units? What should I do for tomorrow AM? (Need to decrease from 1 to .75).
