Need HELP with feeding

I bought Roma an automatic feeder,have spreaded his meals to four:two main meals 69 g before insulin shot and two small 35 g each. Roma still starving:(,he even has tried to broke the feeder,because can smell food inside.This is heartbreaking!Any suggestions how can I improve the situation?Thanks!
