My cat Buddy has not been responding to his insulin. I have been raising his dose often and his numbers have stayed high. He is at 4.8U X2 a day. Tonight at PMPS his BG was 207, it has not been this low at shot time since he has been getting these dose increases. Should I give him this dose or should I lower it. I have thought he was insulin resistant, maybe he has broke through. But I am now afraid of this large dose.
