Need good single page hypo instruction

I want to send Bob, Tawny's new foster dad, a single page of hypo instructions.

I have been combing this site, and have found several pages, but they seem out of date, advising that the first best place to start is Karo syrup.

Will someone please give me a link?

I guess you could modify to feed low carb - med carb if #s are in the 40s.
