Need dosing advice asap

Squallie only ate about half, or less than that, of his breakfast. I know he helped himself to some dry zero-carb food early this AM but I have no idea how much he ate. His AMPS was 388. Is it okay to give him his insulin, since he didn't eat a full meal?

I would think as long as you're around to test and keep an eye on him, and as long as ate a bit of breakfast, it would be okay. He has some food in his belly, even if he didn't eat his full meal.

That probably would have been the safest dose, but I've already given him 1 unit. I'm very lucky in that I can be here all day to monitor him.
