Need advice (Lantus Dosage)

Hi,

My lily has been on lantus for a couple of years now and she’s been doing great. Preshots were around 360 and she’d drop to between 100-250 most of the day.
She’s on 4u 2x per day.
All of the sudden her preshots Levels are 500+ and she’s not dropping below 350 ..
could it be that she developed insulin resistance?

Nothing changed food wise, all low carb wet food.

Should I increase insulin dosage? What’s the highest dosage one can give? Is there a limit?
(I know not to increase more than 0.5u at a time)

Hi there. I am only able to see you 2018 Spreadsheet. It would be helpful if we could this year’s to understand a bit better how her cycles look .

Has she been seen by a vet recently? How is she eating ? Pooping okay? If she were having pain somewhere, that could be responsible for her high numbers. And yes, cats can get insulin resistance. Without seeing her recent SS, it’s hard to know.
