Need a CA vet recommendation

Hello,
I'm looking for anyone who lives in California that could recommend a great vet! I'm Los Angeles based (specifically Sherman Oaks).
My cat was diagnosed about 2 1/2 months ago and I have been doing home testing. The last time I sent his numbers (which are still high) to the vet, they recommended that I take him to a larger facility.
Unfortunately, that particular office has so-so reviews online, is extremely far from me and since all the veterinarians are specialist, it's not with in my budget (I.e $153 just for a consultation and $99 for every follow up appt). I just can't afford that.
Does anyone live in this area that can recommend a great vet!? Thanks

I live on the East Coast so I am no help whatsoever with regards to a CA vet, but I wanted to tell you that your Bengal is beautiful! I have two, a brown marble and a silver rosetted. Love Bengals!
