Natural treatment for bladder issues?

Some say that cosequine, ment for arthritis treatment, helps with that. Also cucumin the active ingredient in tumeric is supposed to help. Apple cider vinegar can help as well.

In addition add SEVERAL water sources around the house.
My cat Allie used to get a UTI every year. Since adding extra water fountains and bowls around the house and extra water to her food she hasn't had a problem in several years. Knock on wood

We've had a few fountains that went to the landfill; too many cords and wires, too noisy, impossible to clean. Who is totally happy with their fountain?
Once a month the tap water here just reeks of bleach but the city says it's chlorine and safe. I know from my aquarium days that chlorine evaporates quickly from open water but this isn't what cats are meant to drink. The local water store sells plain old H2O and they're across the street from our vet. Spend a little now or a lot later.

D-mannose has worked wonders for Squallie; he used to have UTIs all the time but, since we started d-mannose, he has not had a single one. I use NOW brand, I order it from Amazon. I also add at least two tablespoons of water to all his meals, to help ensure good hydration.

not me! i hated every water fountain we have bought after a while, they constantly collected cat hair and got disgusting quick because some of our cats liked using their paws to drink water with and litter would get in fountain.. bottled water got too pricey with 10 cats and a dog so i switched to using a pur water pitcher to filter out our tap water, which smells like pure chlorine a lot too and than i boil that water for 2-3 minutes, cool it and put it in them gallon rubbermaid pitchers...no more unexplained episodes of throwing up or out of the blue diarrhea that corresponded with county flushing water pipes right afterwards!

for UTI/bladder infection in our proned to them at least twice a year cat, i use NaturVet cranberry relief powder, only thing & actual brand that actually works for him, even when it was expired. i gave him a scoop daily mixed with warm water in a syringe and within 2 days he was peeing more and was back to peeing normal within the week for next few months. For last year plus however, when i see any familiar hints of a possible problems, i give him a scoop for 2-3 days and he hasn't had any peeing problems/infection since.
 
The water store here is a mom & pop operation that was here when this was Tiny Town so thankfully they don't gouge you or have staff with man-buns. Same here with disgusting water bowls that looks like a toilet. Gravity means every speck of filth settles in the food and water and once a week Noah splashes it everywhere because that's just what he does.
 
I use the d-mannose from Amazon and I have heard that Uva Ursi is a good herbal antibiotic. I bought it from Amazon. Callie hasn't had a UTI for many months and she used to get them quite frequently.

We also add water to the canned food till it is silly. I really believe the extra water helps.
