National Cat Day - Share Pics of your sugar cats!

Hey Prozinc-ers! (and anyone else who likes to hang out over here!)

It's National Cat Day! So give your kitty some extra love today, and share a picture of your kitties. Non-sugar kitties are welcome too since I know some of you have a whole clowder of cats at home. And since I had to google "what do you call a group of cats?" to find the word "clowder", and since it turns out you can also call them a "glaring", here is a photo of my glaring sugar kitty:

@shawna That kitten picture is just the cutest ever!!! and @Sharon14, who is in the cage? Are the kitties in a catio type thing? Or are the chickens in a coup? I love to imagine what Colin is thinking as he glares at the chicken!
 
I took the cats to a cabin this summer and there were chickens on the property. Sam was super curious, but I didn't let him get close because I was afraid the chickens would peck him. Do yours get along okay? Do they ever mess with each other?

A few days late, but here is my sugar cat Zulu. For a diabetic he sure loved his veggies, beans included. Top picture shows off what I like to call his "dinner plate eyes." (No more beans for him, sadly, but I am growing some cat grass in a pot for him to fill the void). He also REALLY loves new shoes! Every time I get a new pair I let him break them in first.

This is Nigel, Noah's brother and our first sugar cat. He loved riding in the car, was never crated and walked around the vet's office like he owned the place. I would thump the table twice a day and he would jump up for his injection, something you'd have to see to believe. Every cat is special but Nigel was different and will have a special place in our hearts forever. The sweetest cat I've had in 40 years, no kidding. If every newbie had a cat like this life would be a lot easier. @Phoebes Angela, this is the cat that made me connect with "Why I love Phoebes so much".

What a dollbaby!! :) thank you for sharing these. I can't believe I missed national cat day, another opportunity to share kitty photos!!! (Like I need a reason right?) Lol
 
I hope SweetPea is leaving a skid-mark on Darth Vader. Maybe it's just me but I don't picture him as a cat guy. Honestly, I try to see the best in everyone but there's just something about this guy that rubs me the wrong way. And all that moaning and groaning, get a life!
I haven't posted any pics of Cynthia lately. This was taken just a few nights ago. I'm into powerful women who don't take any crap from a man.

I am! Busy. Our College of Marin chorus performs tomorrow, meep.
Then, I swear everyone scheduled all events this coming and next weekend, and there's absolutely nothing happening the weekend before Christmas. Bananas.

Chloe was the name of my first female. I love those markings on the face and the black paws. I don't think any two of these cats look remotely the same, another reason to love cats!
 
That's too funny. Andrew, Noah's brother, was more than just a Momma's boy. We would catch him occasionally trying to breast feed at the age of 4+. We were told a female cat will lactate for a long time under the right conditions. More like the wrong conditions! Andrew, get off! He'd give you that same look as above, "Who, me?"

But Chico is a boy. He doesn't seem to mind it, though.
