My Snoopy is OTJ for 1 week now, and it was almost 10 months ago he was diagnosed, so we're very happy!!! Just trying to find a good wet food for him

He's getting finicky with the Purina DM....I ordered Fancy Feast Classic Pate which is supposed to be good?
 
Thanks, any thoughts on him being "normal" for 5 days and then tonight throwing up? Just shattered my happiness because I get so worried...
 
I took him to the vet again, because he seems so mopey...had full panel bloodwork done, and now they need a urine sample because the kidney numbers were off..his BG is perfect and all the other bloodwork was good..I'm scared
