My cat Not eating Pls help

My cat stop eating. Do I need to give him insulin? Pls help

Is the cat (Chatran) acting OK?
Is Chatran interested in food?
Eating any?
When did not eating start?
Have you tried different foods? Even dry?
I would give 1 unit but let other chime it first.

I just check his bg and it's (+11)15.5 PMPS 14
He ate raw meat and interested a bit in dry.
He looks ok, purring and all.
What should I do? No vet today

I see in the Remarks section of your spreadsheet that you wrote "ate 1tbsp of dry (Refuses to eat wet) very sleepy."
Can you check him for ketones, if you haven't already? Making sure that there are no ketones is very important.
Have you tried feeding Chatran any other foods?

I tried to do ketone this morning but he pee outside on the pebbles - really difficult. He never uses his litter tray. Will try again when he does.
I tried different food but he turn his nose on it.
