My Cat Just Threw Up

My cat threw up today and it was just a ton of water. He hasn't done this previously but I just upped his dose to 2.0 units last night as his numbers were still high after 3 cycles of 1.75. Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't worry, because the diabetes makes them so thirsty, they just drink and drink, and over do it. But it gets to be more than just occasionally, you could talk to your vet about it.

Our cats just seem to urp now and then....as long as it doesn't continue, you just need to make sure you're testing and that they don't drop too low because they don't have enough food in them

He seems to be fine now although her got into some dry food I had last night. Or it was my other cat not sure.
