Murphy had her check-up yesterday! We have successfully approached almost 3 months demodex (d. cati) mite free!!!! And, I didn't proceed with the Ivermectin injections (pesticide) and wanted to go the holistic route, and thank goodness for Vetri-DMG. It did everything it is supposed to -- AND MORE! Her coat looks terrific, the vet was very pleased-- although she's gained almost one pound, but as long as she's happy, we will slowly try to just shave off a little a month at a time with her diet. If anyone has any ideas on how to feed a timed diabetic cat with another cat at home during the day -- my Oscie -- let me know. He doesn't like to eat everything all at once. I did, however, toss the Solostar pen - it was getting a little wonky -- she was reading some very different numbers, and I don't trust it, although ECID - she just didn't respond to it well. Back to Lantus vial.

But, I'm so pleased -- especially that we did this holistically!!!
So, here we are -- beautiful girl becoming whole again! Check my baby girl out!

I am happy to hear that both you and Ms. Murphy are doing good. When you didn't post for a whole week people were concerned. Tell murphy we say "meow" and no more stealing the other kitty's food. :-)

It's amazing to me that even a grain free diet of all protein will cause a kitty's BG to rise to high. I mean, she was clear up to 293! Scared the you know what's out of me!!!

She's doing so well, it's just a miracle.
