Hello,

It's been quite a while that I've posted - probably a couple of years Muffin was my diabetes cat and this site helped me through nursing him. We fought it for almost 3 years but this week I made the decision to put him down. It wasn't the diabetes that caused me to make this decision - but jaw cancer. In all the cats I've had and there have been many, I've never had one with diabetes or jaw cancer. I was so close to him and as I sit here typing this, the tears are starting. So to be quick, I had just purchased more Lantus insulin 5 x 3 mL SoloSTAR Injection pens that I no longer need. I have four that have been refrigerated and not used (exp. date 04/2021). I bought these from Marks Pharmacy for $160 for 5. If someone wants to make an offer, I would be happy to mail them (I'm in Northern Michigan).

I am so sorry for your loss Marilyn. :bighug::bighug::bighug: I had to deal with the possibility of jaw cancer, and I think you did what was best for Muffin. Fly free sweet boy. cat_wings>o
 
So very sorry to read about the jaw cancer. Thank you for your mercy and not allowing him to suffer. You are an angel and a good mama bean. cat_wings>ocat_wings>o
