Morning (threw up all food)... advice?

Harley was slower to eat this morning but I didn't think anything of it. He finished about 3/4th of his breakfast. He tested AMPS 331 - about half way through his food I gave him his 2.25 units - he was laying down funny - like he was ready to bolt or spooked. Figured out what it was - about 2 minutes later he started throwing up and puked up *all* of his food.

I put more food down, all he did was cover it with toys and stuff he could find on the ground. I am headed off to work in 20 minutes. I don't want him dropped. I do have someone home today - though they will give shots they haven't tested him yet. I am going to see if they'll keep an eye on him and or see if they'll give testing a go in a few.

Just kind of worried I guess... Ugh...

Leaving for work now, 35 minutes after shot and AMPS and he tested a 310

Family home said they would try to get a BG on him in a couple hours and watch him. I also get a lunch in about 4.5 to 5 hours from now and can swing by home and give him a BG if they are unsuccessful. But this person also knows what hypoglycemic looks like (I posted that paper on the fridge for the whole family).

Family member tried 6x to get blood with no luck and everyone called in today but me so I get no lunch. He would not finish breakfast and it is now his lunch time too. They said he was acting really spooked and scared about something which is completely unusual and he was ears down hissing before they even tried for a BG. So since we cannot get a BG and he has not eaten I am erroring on the side of caution since he is acting so off. So I had them feed his usual lunch with some higher carb kitty treats we have for.our other guy over top.
