I know foods don't contain a lot of guar gum, so I don't think you have to worry about ingredients appearing after it in the ingredient list. My concern would be the potato starch and the ground brown rice. Those two ingredients could potentially increase the carb load above the 10% we recommend for daily feeding.

You may want to email the company and ask for the as-fed values for carbohydrates. You can then calculate the % of calories, which is the number we use.

The Blue Buffalo Wilderness line is only 2% carbs, so it is definitely an acceptable choice for a FD kitty. This chart has the values for several of the premium foods.

Oh, and eggs are pure protein... no carbs involved. They are a safe ingredient (and many people use eggs/egg whites in their homemade cat foods as it is a relatively cheap and safe protein source, and the egg whites contain no phosphorus, so they can help decrease the phosphorus content, which is key for kitties with renal issues).
