Good call I would not have gave insulin with that low of a number especially since you can't monitor. Please leave food out might want to leave HC just to keep the numbers rising. You should check in 15 to 20 minutes to make sure the numbers are rising and not falling still.

It's fine to skip if you can't monitor. Hopefully Monkey will do her next low when you are around to watch her.

I would test again as you are getting ready to go out the door. If she's coming up, then you can just leave low carb food out. If not, then some higher carb food as a snack.

Also what's up with her AMPS being so low?
It looks like this dose might be good for her. Shame you weren't able to monitor today. Kitties don't always nadir at +6:rolleyes: George had a few PS nadirs in his day, they are most disconcerting, but once you do build up the courage to shoot a green on a day you can monitor, you will start to crave those green PS.

Even though you haven't shot, if you can get a +1 and or+2 before you head out, it might be quite helpful from a data gathering point of view as well as giving you some idea of what carb content to leave out, if she's still dropping then give some higher carb if she's coming up then leaving some LC will likely be enough.

It looks like Monkey was clearing a bounce all day yesterday through this morning. Each number was lower than the one before it. When you get your next green PS, give us a shout and we will help you with shooting. It will help flatten Monkey's numbers. :cat:
