If I wanted to monitor the relationship of specific foods to BG levels, would I be better off feeding the same thing for a full day and changing daily? Instead of a variety throughout the day?
Right now my kitties get a mix of FF pate, a little Friskies pate and the random 9 Lives pate. But they may get 3 different flavors in one day. If I want to see if any flavor affects BG more than another, I'm wondering how to do that. I can track it on the spreadsheet. What I don't know is if a more accurate analysis would be one day all beef FF, next day all turkey FF, etc. or testing as I introduce each flavor during the day.
My orange guy is bouncing all over and something I read here tonight about low and lower carb and each cat being different made me wonder if he'd do better on certain flavors. For the record, I have not done the daily curve yet and will not be able to until this Saturday (10/15).
