This is the highest number I've ever gotten and I'm concerned. I just raised insulin ~.1 last night. She usually has a lunch midday but today she didn't as she knocked over her treats (freeze-dried chicken) and she ate a lot of it. Could this be a cause?

I don't think you need to be concerned. Sometimes the numbers just fluctuate and her numbers came back down.
