Frustrating. Maybe this weekend, you can chase those numbers - wait till it is nearer 200 and clearly rising and shoot a drop. A few days of doses for every number when it reaches 200 (of course +12) may settle him into lower numbers overall?

Is he able to feed during the day when you have to skip? Having some food available might help his pancreas when he doesn't get insulin. (an automatic feder is great for this)

Yes-very fusterating!! Was telling kitty earlier that this is gonna make mommy check herself into the looney bin...lol. He does get a small amount of food during the day, I did purchase an automatic feeder so he can get fed while I'm away at work (although mittens has let me know that he prefers it fresh, right out of the can)...mr picky!! Lol...
