AMPS=345 (may have been food influenced, think he ate his overnight snack recently, as he didnt eat much of his "breakfast".

Cycles have been pretty flat lately...
 
He does look flat. You might see if he follows his usual pattern of flat cycles after a lower number and then lowering again. If the cycle today isn't better, you could increase tonight and monitor?
