You are following TR so you shoot 50 and over if you have hc, mc, plenty of test strips, can monitor and honey or karo. Have you fed yet? If no test again in 10 minutes if concerned but without food she might go lower. . That is within meter variance and a safe number to shoot.
 
No need to reduce the dose. I know it's been a while since you shot greens, but you've done it before. As Elise said, if you can continue to monitor, have enough test strips, and have HC, then you can control how the cycle will go. And, since you haven't had a green preshot in a while, if you shoot, I'd suggest a +1 and +2 which will give you an indication of what she may be planning.

yes I have HC. I usually just mix her LC with the HC for a medium carb

I’ll get a +1 in a little bit
