I would test now if she's near +11.75, and see where she's at. Also, make sure she is eating before giving her shot. I would stick with the 1.1 that you were giving for now. Can you call in late to work, today? You can leave out some higher carb food for her to eat during the day, like a medium carb. You could also give a BCS dose (one time temporary reduction).

Oh really? I can’t go in late today.. maybe I can come home and test. I give her raw formula which I believe is zero carb. I add a little higher carb into her food that’s around +4?
 
I also did the shot in the scruff so it can mellow with absorption- normally it’s the flank or side of belly
