I ended up taking him to vet. I had the other post but couldn't find how to put UPDATE in title so I apologize for a new thread.
Long story short everything ok. Vet believes food change caused excessive sugar in urine and wants me to keep testing and thinks things will be better in a few more days. All his things looked good in blood, etc.
Moral of the story don't change their diet. I hadn't done the cold turkey on the Young Again. He ate both the Fancy Feast low carb canned and the 2 tablespoons of YA. Just something in YA isn't for him so I learned a lesson. We are not making any changes and will continue on our FF low carb canned.
I was happy my vet looked at our SS (thankful for smart phones). He said not many people with diabetics do the home testing.
Milo came home and I had to test him for his PM shot (he was high and I know he was stressed), ate and went to sleep.
Thanks for the replies and reassurance. I appreciate it.
Going to stay with dosage where it is now until we get through this hurdle.
